Kinetic Deals does not sell products, so we do not handle returns. When you click a deal link, you buy directly from a third-party retailer, and that retailer’s return policy applies to your purchase.

Return rights, time limits, and conditions vary by retailer and product. Before buying, check the retailer’s own returns page so you know your options if something goes wrong.

Your statutory rights

Your usual consumer rights under UK law, including the right to cancel certain distance purchases within the legal cooling-off period, apply between you and the retailer. These rights are not affected by anything on Kinetic Deals.

Problems with an order

For any issue with a product, delivery, refund, or return, contact the retailer you bought from directly. Kinetic Deals cannot process returns, refunds, or cancellations on your behalf.
